2x DPDT-Switch,
2x 47ohm
Resistor,
2x 3mm
2.v LED,
Multimeter,
Label
Gun, Heatshrink.
All above
available
from usual
stockists.
Drilling
Explained
- 2x Rear
holes
are required
for DPDT-Switch
(see PIC's).
- 2x Extra
holes
are needed
inside
of case
for Locking
Lip (Locking
Lip is
smaller
hole).
IMPORTANT
- Fit
the DPDT-Switch
as Shown
in the
PIC (Locking
Lip is
UP).
- Use
the DPDT-Switch-locking-lip
as Navigation
point
for wiring.
- With
regard
to DPDT-switch
:- Green
wire is
attached
to shorter
leg.
- For
correct
operation
ENSURE
Matrix
Switches
(1 &
2) are
both in
OFF position.
Explanation
of Arrows
in PIC's
We
will use
DPDT-Switch-#2
for the
purpose
of the
Wiring
Explanation.
DPDT-Switch-#1
uses the
same wiring
except
the yellow
wire is
replaced
with white
and Matrix
Switch
is #1.
Left
Hand Side
Explanation
The Left
Hand Side
is purely
used to
Toggle
the Matrix
Mod Chip.
Yellow
wire on
DPDT-Switch-#2
goes to
OFF end
of Matrix
Switch
#2.
Green
Wire on
DPDT-Switch-#2
goes to
ON end
of Matrix
Switch
#2.
Right
Hand Side
Explanation
The Right
Hand Side
is purely
used to
Turn ON/OFF
the LED.
Yellow
wire on
DPDT-Switch-#2
goes to
3.3v POGO
of Matrix
Mod Chip.
Green
wire on
DPDT-Switch-#2
goes to
Front
Led (Long
Leg and
47ohm
resistor).
Green
wire from
Short
Leg of
LED goes
to ON
end of
Matrix
Switch.
